Quassel and oidentd

The wiki page at
http://bugs.quassel-irc.org/projects/quassel-irc/wiki/Oident_spoofing says
that Quassel, when used with oidentd, replies to ident requests with the
user's core name instead of their configured ident. However, the
implementation (visible at
https://github.com/quassel/quassel/blob/921e54680da16fcf2adb7a90506875aceb66
33a4/src/core/oidentdconfiggenerator.cpp#L69-L79) uses the user's configured
ident. It makes more sense to use the user's core name, since ident
responses imply that the response comes from a higher level than the user's
client. At least an option should be available.
